Academic Advising
Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor for any questions regarding course schedules, degree plans, major exploration, or simply navigating college. Advisors will discuss education, career and life goals, and connect students with campus resources.
Dean of Students Office
The Office of the Dean of Students serves as a resource and advocate for students, and can offer assistance when they do not know where to turn. The office has three primary functions: to administer the Student Code of Conduct, to support students in crisis through the CARE Team, and to promote student growth and development through educational and prevention programming.

Disability Services provides reasonable accommodations and support to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities. Students requesting accommodations can contact Disability Services and complete the accommodation request online.

Excel Centers
Study, relax, and stay ahead of your coursework by visiting one of the four UCCS Excel Centers. Each Excel Center provides outstanding academic support, social space for students to study or meet with friends and relax, and free snacks and coffee.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office is here to help students exploring aid options, applying for scholarships and understanding your total college bill.

Family Development Center
The Family Development Center offers high quality, year-round education for children between 1- and 5-years-old, with summer programs for elementary students. We offer a number of programs, including preschool options, as well as early learning options.
Gateway Program Seminar
Gateway Program Seminar (GPS) is an academic program designed to help students successfully adjust to university life. GPS serves as the foundation for the Compass Curriculum, the campus-wide general education program at UCCS.
International Affairs
International Affairs provides services including Education Abroad; International Student and Scholar Services; and international opportunities (affiliations, hosting international visitors, opportunities abroad for faculty, staff and students).
Kraemer Family Library
The Kraemer Family Library is the place to go for help with research; librarians can answer questions in person, on the phone, or by email/chat/text, The library also has multiple rooms and computer stations for student use.
MOSAIC & LGBTQ+ Resource Center
MOSAIC and LGBTQ+ Resource Center - The Multicultural Office for Student Access, Inclusiveness, and Community (MOSAIC) and (LGBTQ+) Resource Center are student advocated support services designed to cultivate the holistic development of UCCS students from historically and currently marginalized communities.
Mobile ID | Lion OneCard
Your Mobile Lion OneCard (Student ID) gives you access to your residence hall (if living on campus), dining, Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center, coming soon Campus Store, and various events and more. Once you receive an email stating you have been provisioned into ID, you can move forward and set up your mobile ID by visiting the Lion OneCard website for instructions and/or contact the University Center ID/Info Desk at 719-255-3450 or lionone@uccs.edu with any questions.
Office of Information Technology
The Office of Information Technology is happy to assist with all of your computing, networking and telecommunications needs. The best source for all IT questions, service requests and information is the OIT Service Desk, (719) 255-4357, or via email at helpdesk@uccs.edu.
Office of Institutional Equity
The Office of Institutional Equity's mission is to foster a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment. To report incidents of sexual misconduct or protected class discrimination or harassment, submit a report online to the Office of Institutional Equity, via email to equity@uccs.edu, or call 719-255-4324.
Parking & Transportation Services
Visit the Parking & Transportation Services website for parking permits, permit prices, and availability. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. For on-campus residents, parking permits are included in the housing fees and can be reserved by visiting the Parking & Transportation Services website.
Recreation & Wellness Center
Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center - From a 97,085 square foot fitness center to intramural sports, counseling, health services office visits, nutrition services, and more - there is something for everyone. All actively enrolled students are welcome at the Wellness Center and medical insurance is not needed for an appointment.

Registrar
Office of the Registrar can assist with a variety of topics including tuition classification for billing purposes, biographical updates, out-going transcripts, student record privacy (FERPA), academic calendar, enrollment verification, and class registration.
- FERPA - The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.
- CU Guest Access - CU Guest Access is a read-only, online option for guests to view specific aspects of your education record.

UCCS utilizes Student Employment Assistant Network (SEAN) to employ approximately 1800 students in part-time student employee positions. Create an account, upload a resume and apply. Working on campus is a great way to build your UCCS network.

Veteran & Military Affairs
Veteran & Military Affairs provides benefits counseling, transition assistance, and academic and social support to military-affiliated students. Students wishing to use their VA education benefits should call 719-255-3253 or come by the VMA office in Gateway Hall before the start of the semester to avoid payment delays.
